Audit Logs
Audit logs record the significant operations in your team: who did what, to which object, when, and whether it succeeded. Find them under Settings → Audit Logs.
Only the organization owner can view audit logs. Admins and members see a notice instead.
Columns
| Column | Notes |
|---|---|
| Action | What happened — “Invite member”, “Delete quiz”, “Export data” |
| Status | Success or Failed |
| Actor | Who did it. Operations started by the platform itself (retention cleanup, moderation bans) show as System |
| Target | The object acted on, with an ID prefix |
| Time | When it happened |
Click any row to expand its Details. Different actions carry different fields — an export, for instance, also records the data type (responses / leads / respondents) and the row count.
What’s covered
Broadly:
- Team — delete team, transfer ownership, plan change.
- Members — invite, remove, leave, role change, disable / enable.
- Quizzes — create, update, trash, restore, permanent delete, ban / unban.
- Leads and respondents — trash, restore, permanent delete.
- Connectors — create, update, delete.
- Credentials — API keys and MCP tokens: create, revoke, restore, delete.
- Usage — AI consumption, email consumption, data exports.
Filter by action and status at the top to answer questions like “who exported data last week”.
Logs are read-only — they can’t be edited or deleted. An audit log you can alter isn’t worth much.
