Responses & Analytics
After a quiz is published, all responses flow into the dashboard. Here you can view every response, export data, see visual analysis, and generate reports for assessments.
How they differ
| Module | Focus | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Response Records | Details of individual responses | Reviewing, filtering, and following up |
| Insights | Aggregate stats and charts | Completion rate, drop-off points, source conversion |
| Reports | Analysis of a single response | Scores, dimensional profiles, AI evaluation |
| Exporting Data | Getting the data out | Further work in Excel or your own tools |
Records for raw data, insights for overall trends, reports for individual conclusions.
How this differs from Leads
This section is about responses — individual submissions. To work by person instead (how many times someone submitted, how far along they are, when you're meeting next), that's Leads.
The two meet on the record detail page: open a response and the right side is that person's lead follow-up sidebar.
Promotion Kit
The Promotion Kit hands you ready-to-paste launch copy: three social angles, an email subject and body, tracked links for every channel, plus notes on result sharing and search indexing.
Response Records
Response records are every single submission a quiz received: the filter builder, the table columns, how to open one submission, and how raw records differ from aggregated Insights.
