Form Settings

Everything about the quiz that isn't a question lives here, reached via More Settings in the top right of the editor.

Quiz Information

Title, description, Cover Image and Cover Color. The title identifies the quiz in the dashboard and shows on the landing page; the description feeds search indexing, so don't leave it empty.

Open/Close

A master switch between Data Collecting and Not Collecting. Once closed the link still resolves but no longer accepts submissions — gentler than deleting the link when a campaign ends.

Submission Access

Answers "Who can take this quiz?" — three options, and the choice decides whether you get leads at all:

OptionMeaningGood for
Open to everyoneNo sign-in; answer and see results immediatelyMaximum reach, lowest friction
Sign in to view resultsAnyone can answer, but must sign in with an email to see the reportThe main lead-capture option
Sign in to take the quizOnly signed-in respondents may answerInvite-only or internal use

Only the latter two produce leads reliably — an anonymous submission leaves no contact details. To spread widely and collect leads, choose Sign in to view results.

The answering experience

  • Index Display — None / Arabic Numbers (1, 2, 3) / Roman Numerals (I, II, III).
  • Time limit — a countdown starts when a respondent enters the quiz; when it runs out they get a modal and their current answers are submitted automatically.
  • Answer sheet — shows a question navigator in the sidebar so respondents can see progress and jump around. Worth enabling on long quizzes.
  • System text — override the built-in button and prompt copy on the answer page.

Language

Set the primary language and manage this quiz's language versions. Full details in Multilingual versions.

Changing the primary language only re-labels the source content — it translates nothing. Add a translation to offer another language.

Analytics

Google Analytics — enter a measurement ID and page views on the public quiz are reported to GA.

Google Analytics is a Pro plan feature.

Settings that live elsewhere

Share links, QR codes, embedding, social cards, source tracking, the booking section and the promotion kit are all under the quiz's Share tab — see Publish & Share. Theme and personalized templates are in the editor — see Appearance & personalized templates.
