Connect Cal.com
The Cal.com connector is what lets RooQuiz see the calls people book from your result pages. It's a team-level connector under Connectors → Book calls, and each team can have one.
The Cal.com connector is available on every plan, including Free, but only the team owner or an admin can set it up. The booking section itself works without it.
Connecting
Open the Cal.com card
Go to Connectors, find Cal.com under Book calls, and click Connect Cal.com.
Pick the data region
Choose Global (cal.com) or EU (cal.eu) to match where your Cal.com account lives.
Authorize
- Global — click Continue to Cal.com and approve access. RooQuiz only reads your profile and event types, and adds a webhook so bookings flow back.
- EU, or if you'd rather not use OAuth — choose Use an API key instead. In Cal.com open Settings → Developer → API keys, create a key that never expires, and paste it in.
Once connected, RooQuiz registers the webhook in your Cal.com account automatically and pulls in your event types. Deleting the connector removes that webhook again.
Picking an event type in a quiz
With the connector in place, the Cal.com booking link field in a quiz's booking section suggests your event types, so you can pick one instead of pasting a link. If you've just created a new event type in Cal.com, click Refresh event types.
Reschedules and cancellations happen in Cal.com — by you or by the attendee through Cal.com's own emails — and sync back into RooQuiz. There's nothing to manage on the RooQuiz side.
