Teams & Collaboration
Each team (organization) is an isolated workspace — forms, responses, and question banks all belong to a team. One account can join multiple teams, and you can switch teams anytime from the dashboard sidebar.
Common tasks
- Invite members: under Settings → Member List, invite people and assign their role.
- Manage members: enable / disable / remove members and change their roles.
- Switch teams: pick or create a team from the team switcher in the sidebar. You can own up to 5 teams; there's no limit on how many teams you can join as a member.
Setting up your first team
When you first sign in, a Set up your team dialog asks for a Team name and Team address — both appear in every quiz link you share — and you can Skip for now and change all of it later in Settings → Basic Information.
Member limits
| Free | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Team members | Up to 3 | Up to 50 |
Pending invitations count toward the limit. See Account & Billing for plans and pricing.
Team-level billing is covered in Account & Billing.
Alert Settings
Alert settings decide which RooQuiz emails reach your inbox: the four switches across leads, the weekly quiz summary and product tips, when each email is sent, and why the setting is account-level rather than per team.
Members & Roles
Invite teammates by email and give each one of the four roles, from owner to viewer. What each role can do, how long an invitation stays valid, and how to change or remove a member later.
