Exporting Data
Responses, leads and respondents can all be exported as CSV (UTF-8, opens directly in Excel).
Export is a Pro feature with a weekly cap on the number of exports. Free teams see an upgrade prompt.
Two kinds of export

Filter before you export. “Export all” exports the current filter results, not the whole table — the tighter the filter, the more useful the file and the less quota you burn.
The confirmation dialog
“Export all” opens a confirmation that puts the important facts in front of you first:
- Data range — all data, or the current filter results (switchable right here).
- Rows — roughly how many. If the count fails you’re told, and you can still proceed.
- File format — CSV (UTF-8, opens in Excel).
- This week — how many exports remain out of your limit, and when it resets.
Confirm and the file is generated in the background and downloads automatically; you can leave the page in the meantime.
Quota and reset
The weekly allowance resets on Monday UTC. Both the dialog and the limit-reached message tell you the exact reset time.
Failed exports don’t count. Only an export that actually produced a file uses your quota.
When the dataset is too large
There’s a row limit per export. Going over it is rejected outright (without using quota) and you get a ready-to-copy summary to email technical support, who will export it for you.
If an export seems to spin forever, the page stops waiting after five minutes and says so — the job is still running in the background, so come back to the page a little later.
What’s in the file
Beyond the answers themselves, exports typically include the record number, submitted-at time, respondent email and ID, and level. Lead and respondent exports have their own column sets.
Exported files contain personal information respondents provided. Store and share them according to your organization’s privacy and compliance rules.
