The Respondent Side
Respondents see exactly one booking entry point: the booking section on the result page. This page covers what it looks like, how to turn it on, and what they can do for themselves afterwards.
Turning the booking section on
Open the quiz’s Share → Booking and enable Show booking section on result page.
Three pieces of copy are customizable; leave them empty to use the default wording in the quiz language:
- Section title — e.g. “Let’s talk about your training plan”.
- Section description — one line on what the session covers.
- Button text — e.g. “Book a free consultation”.
Until availability is configured, nothing shows even with the switch on — the settings page tells you to set it up first.
What the respondent does
- Submits the quiz and reads their result.
- Picks a time in the booking section. Times are shown in their own timezone, not yours.
- Clicks to book, which requires a sign-in (email code or Google).
- After submitting: with approval on the booking is Pending until you confirm and only then do they get the meeting address; with it off they receive the confirmation and details immediately.
Booking requires sign-in by design: only an identified person can reschedule and cancel on their own later, and only then can the session be attached to the right lead.
What they can do afterwards
In the Bookings tab of their portal, a signed-in respondent can:
- See the session time and meeting details.
- Reschedule themselves — pick another time from your current availability.
- Cancel.
Every reschedule or cancellation syncs to your 1:1 Bookings page and is recorded in the lead’s activity.
One booking per person, across quizzes
A person can have only one active booking with your team at a time, and that limit spans quizzes: having booked from quiz A, the result page of quiz B tells them they already have a session rather than offering a second one.
The rule is judged by the signed-in respondent, not by submission. So the same person taking another quiz never double-books a slot.
