Lead Detail
Click any lead in the list or board to open its detail page — everything about one person in one place: who they are, which quizzes they took, what your team has said to them, and when you’re meeting next.
What’s on the page
| Block | Contents |
|---|---|
| Respondent | Name, email, avatar, and whether they are “Registered” or “Lead only”. Top right jumps to their full profile in Respondents |
| Follow-up | Where you change status, assignee and tags |
| Next up | Their next upcoming booking with a countdown; reschedule or cancel from here |
| Responses | Every submission this person has made; click through to a single report |
| Activity | An automatically recorded timeline of changes |
| Comments | Your team’s internal follow-up notes |
“Registered” means they set a password and verified their email, so they can sign in to the respondent portal. “Lead only” means they just left contact details.
Activity
The activity timeline is written by the system and cannot be edited by hand. It answers “what has happened to this lead”:
- Submitted a response, claimed an anonymous response, regenerated a report
- Who moved the status, and from which value to which
- Assigned or unassigned an owner
- Tags added or removed
- Booking requested, confirmed, declined, rescheduled, cancelled
- Lead added manually
Comments
Comments are internal follow-up notes — respondents never see them. You can reply to a comment to keep a thread together, and delete comments you wrote.
Responses and activity show only the most recent few by default, with a “Show more” toggle at the bottom. That’s a display-level fold and does not affect exports.
Add a lead manually
For people you met offline or who arrived through another channel, click Add lead on the Leads page:
Choose the source
Existing respondent — search your respondents by name or email and pick one. People who are already leads are flagged and can’t be added twice.
New respondent — enter a name and email to create the respondent profile and the lead together. If you’ve configured extended fields, you can fill those in here too.
Write a first note
The “First note” is saved as the lead’s first comment — a good place to record where you met.
Save
The lead appears in the list, and its activity records that it was added manually.
Deduplication is by email: if that address is already a lead, you’re told it exists and given a link to open it, rather than creating a second one.
