Promotion Kit
Once the quiz is built, the slow part usually isn’t technical — it’s writing the copy to go with it. The Promotion Kit, under Share → Promotion Kit, hands you ready-to-paste material.
What’s in it
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Social posts | Three angles: a curiosity hook, the result types, and a challenge to your audience |
| Email to your list | A subject line and an email body |
| Bio / profile link | One line for your social profile |
Copy is generated in this quiz’s language, so there’s nothing to translate. The three posts differ on purpose — the same quiz posted to different platforms shouldn’t use the same sentence.
Every link is tracked
Each piece of copy carries its own UTM-tagged link. Post the three variants to three platforms and, with no extra work, the source breakdown in Insights tells you which channel actually produced submissions.
To build finer-grained source parameters by hand, see UTM source tracking.
Result sharing
Share → Link has a Result sharing switch. With it on:
- Share buttons appear on the result page.
- Shared links carry an automatically generated personalized result card.
Turning this off also disables the public share summary — people opening a shared link will not see a result summary.
Search engine indexing
Off by default. Turn it on only for quizzes you genuinely want people to find through search. It then:
- Adds the quiz to your sitemap.
- Lets Google index it.
- Lists the questions on the landing page so there’s real content to index.
Leave it off for drafts, tests, and quizzes meant for a specific audience.
Two situations make it nearly pointless, and you’ll be told about both:
- The quiz has no description — search engines show nothing under the title, and a title-only page rarely gets indexed. Add one on the edit page.
- The landing page is off — the quiz opens straight into questions, leaving search engines almost nothing to read. Turn the landing page back on in the editor.
