Workspace: Groups, Favorites & Trash

Once you have more than a handful of quizzes, the dashboard needs organising. This page covers four small things that help you find them faster.

Groups

Groups collect quizzes together — by client, by quarter, by purpose.

  • Use Create Group in the dashboard sidebar, give it a name and pick an icon.
  • Names are limited to 50 characters.
  • A quiz belongs to one group at a time.

Deleting a group does not delete the quizzes inside it — they simply become ungrouped.

Favorites

Star the quizzes you open constantly and filter to them from the My Favorites tab at the top of the dashboard. Favorites are private — they don’t change what colleagues see.

The search box at the top of the sidebar looks across types: quizzes, question banks, respondents and leads. Jump straight there instead of first working out which page a thing lives on.

Trash

Deleted items go to the trash rather than vanishing. It has three tabs: Quizzes / Leads / Respondents.

Each item can be:

  • Restored — put back where it was.
  • Permanently deleted — wiped, with no way back.

Rows show auto-deleted in N days, switching to an “auto-deleting soon” warning as the deadline approaches.

Permanent deletion reaches different distances, and each dialog spells it out:

  • Quiz — all of its submission records go too.
  • Lead — follow-up history and comments go, but the respondent is unaffected.
  • Respondent — their lead, submissions and bookings all go.

Collapsing the sidebar

The sidebar collapses to a narrow strip, handing the horizontal space to your content — useful when editing quizzes on a small screen. The collapsed state is remembered for next time.
