Publish & Share
Once your quiz is built, distribute it to respondents from the share area. RooQuiz offers links, QR codes, website embeds, social cards, and a distribution plan with a tracked link per channel.

Pre-publish checklist
- Questions and logic have been verified with preview.
- Scoring / assessment rules are configured correctly (if needed).
- Appearance, cover, and basic info are set.
- The quiz is open: Settings → Access & visibility → Quiz Open/Close is on.
If respondents open the link but cannot answer, check Quiz Open/Close and Submission Access under Settings → Access & visibility. While a quiz is closed, the Share dialog shows a warning, and links, QR codes and embeds show visitors an unavailable page.

Public Link & QR Code
The public link is the most common way to hand out a quiz. How to copy it, generate and download a QR code for print or slides, and what changes when the quiz requires sign-in.
