Filters & Saved Views
Once you have a few hundred leads, the ones you actually work each day are a small slice. Filters carve out that slice; saved views mean you don’t have to carve it again tomorrow.
Available filters
Click Filter to open the filter builder and combine these fields:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Search | Fuzzy match on respondent name or email |
| Created | All time / Today / This week / This month / Custom range |
| Status | One or more follow-up statuses |
| Tags | Matches a lead carrying any of the selected tags |
| Assignee | Leads owned by a given member |
| Booking | Has an upcoming booking / has none |
“This week” starts on Monday, and Today / This week / This month are all judged in your browser’s timezone, not the team timezone.
Active filters appear as small chips at the top of the page; click the × on a chip to drop that one condition.
Save as a view
Store a set of filters you use often and jump back to it in one click:
Set the filters first
Pick the statuses, tags, assignee and so on, and confirm the list shows the people you meant.
Click “New view”
Give it a name you’ll recognise at a glance — “Hot leads to follow up this week”. Names are limited to 50 characters.
Switch from the top of the page
Saved views sit alongside All and My leads at the top of the page. One click switches.
Two views are built in, so you don’t have to create them:
- All — no filters at all.
- My leads — leads assigned to you.
Views are private — only you see yours, and they never affect colleagues. A view stores filters, not a snapshot of leads, so its contents change as your data changes.
Deleting a view removes only the saved filters — no lead is affected. There is a cap on how many views you can save; you’ll be told when you hit it.
